what is e-design?
E-design is an online interior design option generally at a lower rate than in-person interior design. You communicate 95% online and it’s generally a quicker process than in-person interior design.
Is e-design for me?
E-design is for you if you want to be more involved in the design process. You’re ordering and installing (with an Interior Designers direction of course). We’re committed to your needs from inquiry to installation just like a full service design would be.
what happens if an item goes out of stock after my design IS COMPLETED?
You have 10 days to order your items from the completion of your design boards. If an item goes out of stock after 10 days, you’ll be charged $75/hour to source another item.
how do we communicate?
All communication will be via the design portal except the initial consultation call and followup installation call. That keeps all communication in one easy place for reference for everyone.
How long do I have to review the design for revisions?
You will have 7 days to review the design to send back any revisions. Any revisions after 7 days will be charged $75/item.
Do you offer full service design?
Currently we’re not offering full service design.
Do you offer drAWINGS FOR PERMITS?
We don’t offer drawings for permits/ construction/ structural.

Once the contract is signed we invest our own time to conduct market research for your property. This confirms the comps in the area to get you the most ROI.
